More and more magic5 <\/strong>users are taking advantage of our Sage <\/strong>connector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Orders<\/strong> and invoices<\/strong> are managed using Sage’s<\/strong> accounting expertise while work<\/strong> and reports<\/strong> are handled by magic5<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For example, an online order<\/em> feeds into Sage<\/strong>, creating a pick list<\/em> and managing the invoicing<\/em> process.  The driver receives a list of deliveries<\/em> in their magic5 <\/strong>app for iPhone or Android and picks up their loaded vehicle.  At each drop, they use magic5 <\/strong>to record any discrepancies<\/em> (which are immediately sent back to the office for processing in Sage<\/strong>) and obtain signatures <\/em>and\/or photos <\/em>for verification.  The magic5<\/strong> portal allows office staff to handle problems or queries, getting real-time notification of completed or failed deliveries and re-scheduling\/re-allocating to another day\/run.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another example might be more job based with office staff recording requests for an on-site engineer<\/em> in Sage<\/strong>.  The job downloads<\/em> to the magic5 <\/strong>app on iPhone or Android for the engineer to undertake, recording costs<\/em> such as timesheets<\/em> or materials<\/em> on the spot.  Once complete, a report<\/em> of the work is returned to the magic5<\/strong> office portal and passes costs<\/em> back to Sage <\/strong>for invoicing and customer account management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
